HH the 16th Karmapa with King Birendra Shah of Nepal for Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling’s inauguration near Boudhanath, on the outskirts of Kathmandu. It has ties to both the Kagyu and Nyingma schools, hence the combined Ka-Nying in the name.
