He was appointed General Officer Commanding the Tibetan troops in Eastern Tibet in 1913. Resides at Chamdo. A man of strong character and much influence.(front row,left to right), Phunkhang Yabshi Kung, Bhondong and Kalon Lama and (back row) Doring and Tsarong at Dekyi Lingka.
