Lhasa 1936: Rai Bahadur Norbu Döndrup, was a prominent politician in the government of historical Tibet. He was also, a confidential adviser to the Political Officer of British India for Sikkim, Bhutan, and Tibet. The title “Rai Bahadur” was bestowed upon him by the British.
